Chris Ridell

Chris Riddell is Assistant Professor in Queen’s University School of Policy Studies. He teaches a course in compensation and skills seminars in finance and compensation and diagnostics for change management. Prior to completing his doctorate in industrial relations at University of Toronto, Chris worked as an economist with Human Resources Development Canada in Ottawa, and as a consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vancouver. His research spans a variety of fields including compensation and personnel economics; unionization and labour relations; labour market policy; and public health. His papers have been published in major international journals such as Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Industrial Relations (Berkeley), and the Journal of Human Resources.
