Diane Locke
Diane Locke is Principal of People Strength, a training, coaching, assessment, and consulting organization. Diane has more than 20 years experience in the areas of leadership development and organizational effectiveness, including both internal and external consulting roles.
Prior to starting People Strength, Diane created and led the Leadership Effectiveness Department at American Express. In this role, she was responsible for organizational effectiveness, leadership development, management coaching, employee satisfaction, and internal communication. She has also worked as a Professional Development Specialist at Scotiabank and a Senior Associate at Right Management Consultants and Ellis Associates. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, training and development, executive assessment, and coaching. She has provided training, coaching, and consulting services to a broad range of organizations in the public and private sectors.
Diane obtained her Masters Degree in Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and she holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is active in professional associations and is an invited speaker and facilitator at conferences.
