Marvin Weisbord

One of the founding fathers of organization development, Marvin Weisbord has been an entrepreneur, manager and organizational consultant for more than 30 years. He is the author of Productive Workplaces: Organizing and Managing for Dignity, Meaning and Community, which remains the top reference on how to build a healthy work environment a decade after it was first published. Weisbord is also co-author of Future Search: An Action Guide to Finding Common Ground in Organizations and Communities, and a passionate proponent of whole-scale change methodologies. He is an instructor on Queen's IRC's Organization Development Foundations program.
