Reginald T. Ellis
Dr. Reginald T. Ellis is President and Senior Partner of Ellis Associates, Inc., and has been working in the area of industrial/organizational psychology for more than 30 years.
A large part of Reginald’s experience was gathered while he was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, where he served as a Personnel Selection Specialist from 1972 to 1986. Upon leaving the Armed Forces, he joined CN Rail as the Manager of Selection Systems Development. Prior to establishing Ellis Associates in 1991, he was employed as a senior consultant with Saville and Holdsworth, a major international HR consulting firm.
Reginald has designed and implemented a number of promotion, performance management, and succession management systems, and has developed and conducted a wide variety of personnel assessment programs, attitude/climate surveys, executive development programs, and training workshops for major clients in both the private and public sectors.
Reginald has published more than 40 articles, technical reports, book chapters, and reviews in the fields of personnel selection and vocational assessment and counselling. He holds M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from University of Waterloo.
