Leading advocates and arbitrators will help you prepare and present a labour arbitration case, from creating an effective opening statement to examination-in-chief, cross examination and summation. In this challenging and exciting program, you'll build presentation and advocacy skills and take part in a mock arbitration before an experienced arbitrator.
