Since 2003, Queen's Industrial Relations Centre has been pleased to offer a select number of programs in its Organization Development and Industrial Relations streams in Saskatchewan. In both content and faculty, the programs are the same as those offered in Kingston and they lead to a Queen's University Certificate. We are particularly pleased that a vibrant “Learning Community” from an impressive cross-section of organizations is now firmly established in the province and supporting this professional development initiative.
We invite you to review program descriptions on the site and select those programs that meet your most pressing professional development needs. For additional information on any of these offerings, or to enquire on how to sponsor a learning event, please contact:

Programs leading to the Queen's Certificate in Industrial Relations, Queen's Certificate in Organization Development, or the Queen's Organization Effectiveness Master Certificate:
Queen's Industrial Relations Centre is eager to bring its award winning industrial relations skill-building programs to Atlantic Canada, and has begun development work to make that happen. Following our successful model in Saskatchewan, we are hoping that a “learning community” of like-minded people management practitioners will come together to support this professional development initiative. This learning community can help by spreading the word in the region, offering assistance in securing a venue, and providing feedback on how to ensure the programming addresses the most pressing IR skills in Atlantic Canada.
