Faculty in Industrial Relations Centre's practitioner programs, the Master of Industrial Relations program, and other departments at Queen’s are engaged in research projects related to the world of work. In addition to the Discussion Paper Series, faculty may be interested in the dissemination of their research to a wider audience. This could include short summaries of their research, profiles, case studies, papers presented at conferences, seminars or workshops, articles, or commentary. It is the responsibility of the author to obtain permission for any previously published document.
Research reports disseminated by the Industrial Relations Centre should meet one or more of the following criteria:
Contribute to a better understanding of important issues, polices, or practices;
Discuss innovative approaches, strategies, or practices;
Identify key trends and issues and their impacts on the world of work;
Discuss major policy challenges and issues.

Many organizations, for example, now use team-based structures as a means of managing change and improving internal operations. By taking part in one of our Team Benchmark Surveys, you will see how your teams stack up against teams from 200 different organizations. We will review your teams' strengths and weakness and recommend ways you can make significant improvements.
